The Salix Pod Red Batting Gloves are a limited edition pre-curved sausage / split hybrid premium glove for ultimate protection.

The glove uses a unique formation of 5 flexible plastazote segments leading into kapok filled sausage fingers split at the base of the 2 leading fingers, giving a rolling pre-format flex to a traditional sausage glove.

Salix gloves are characterized by minimal blocking on the back of the hand leading into the wrist, the gloves all offer absolute flex, comfort and fit. Whilst most gloves use the central block on the back of the hand for branding, which is heavy and restrictive, Salix labelling is minimal so the whole of the back of the hand can be split over a series of flexing segments. In effect extra splits are added to each finger, 4 in the Black, Red and One gloves, 2 in the Pro and Arma. This also means that the joints open minimally so the fingers have very little exposure. Salix gloves are driven by comfort and protection over obvious branding, yet sleekly styled with intelligent detail and the highest grade materials.
